Spearfishing Trips

For the lovers of Exotic Spearfishing, the waters of Guinea are idyllic, all fish species are there, according to the periods.
Indeed, you will have the opportunity to go out to sea with our new Boat, 24ft, equipped with a Yamaha 100 horsepower engine, and a T-Top.
Boat Equipment :
- Life Jackets and First Aid Kit,
- VHF radio onboard,
- LOWRANCE HDS 12 Carbon / Sonde Airmar B75H Traversante Bronze 130-210kHz 600W,
- 100HP Yamaha Engine.

The trips are organized on specific periods, you will be asked your predilections months to make your trip (between the beginning of October and the beginning of June).
Then I will study the best period with the tides, the coefficients and the moon. And I would suggest you what seems to be the best to make your trip.

In each daily spearfishing trip is included 2 fuel cans, 40 liters by day.
If we come to consume more, the overtaking will be at your expense. A can of 20 Liters of fuel costs about 20 €.

For those who live in Conakry and wish to make a spearfishing day trip or spearfishing weekend, we can provide you with the equipment.
For those arriving from abroad, it advised you to bring your own spearfishing equipment.

A trip of one week will only include 6 days of spearfishing.
Exemple of a spearfishing week :
Arrival Saturday afternoon, reception at the airport and departure in the islands.
Sunday morning, briefing of the trip and preparation of the equipment, departure at sea on the afternoon for the 1st exit.
Monday : 2nd sea exit,
Tuesday : 3rd sea exit,
Wenesday : 4th sea exit,
Thursday : 5th sea exit,
Friday : 6th sea exit,
Saturday : Possibility of going at sea in the morning, at choice according to flight schedules, and afternoon return to the mainland to go to the Airport.

It will be possible to organize, a visit of Loos islands or a souvenir shopping outlet in Conakry, or inside the country towards the Soumba falls for example. See the modalities with us.
We also have an accompanying rate for those who wish to be accompanied by one or more people and we can also offer you external activities (trekking and visits of Kassa island or Tamara island, trips to the Soumba falls, excursions to Coyah, Lazing at the beach, etc ...).
We will do our best to satisfy you.

The fishes you'll fish will be prepared by Bijou, our cooker, for your pleasure, some will be given to our workers, the harbor chiefs and villagers, or others resold.

Tarpons, Red or Grey Carps, Captains, Otolithes, Groupers, Dorados, Stingrays, Barracudas, Carangues, Cobias, etc ... are waiting for you ...

Hours spent at sea will vary according to the tides and the motivation of the spearfishermen.
You can go spearfishing every day, but we are in no way responsible for marine conditions, water clarity and sea spearfishing conditions.
It is a risk that every spearfisherman must be aware of.
