FISHING SEASONS IN GUINEA

Fishing seasons in Guinea at Villa Elijah's with G.C.F.S.C

October, November, December and January :
Are usually good months for fishing because the waters are less salty and many varieties of fish abound (barracudas, caranx, cobias, law croackers, captains plexiglass, cuberra ...).
Presence of swordfish, dolphinfish and tarpon still in October and November.
We fish in this period jigg, popper, support or live and of course, trolling and throwing when the Jacks and Tarpon come.

February and March :
The outside temperature drops a little and the heat burn is omnipresent since mid January, the activity at sea is more complicated, less Barracudas and Jacks, but the small drag, bottom fishing or Jigg, Shad, and lively, compensate with beautiful catches of Red Carp, Otholites and Captains Plexiglass, Pagres, Groupers ...

April, May, June are often very good, all techniques combined.

During certain periods of the season, the wind can be a bad factor and cause bad fishing days.

The guide will adapt when things get complicated, it will always have a good plan that can make you have a good day in a sheltered fish area of the Islands.

A fishing trip must take place on a minimum of 6 days of fishing because it allows us to evolve over the days and to explore our spots even the furthest (Wrecks of RoumeGate, Pout, Kassara, Vulvis and Le Mast as well as other secret corners ...).
Our objectif : Get fish and make you feel this sudden surge of adrenaline when a fish will drain your reel at high speed ...

You will be surprised by the combative power of all these small and large Guinean predators.

For Exotic Fishing in Guinea, I prefer two main things :
1) A rising moon.
2) The medium and high Coefficients.
